Designed with the Homyped Osteo Care footbed, this style provides continuous comfort heel to toe, and relief from symptoms such as plantar fasciitis and heel spurs.
The Homyped Nocturnal is a Vari fit style which means that it can be worn as a C or D width fitting. To create a C width (more snug fit), simply slip the Vari-fit innersole under the existing footbed. To create a D width (more width and depth), remove the Vari-fit innersole and use only the existing footbed.
